Mr. Yang Wu, PE, CFM, is a Senior Project Engineer with Torres & Associates.  He holds a B.S. in Civil / Water Resources Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. As a Senior Project Engineer, Yang

brings more than twelve years of experience and a diverse technical skillset in all aspects of stormwater engineering. Yang is an experienced hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeler who takes great pride in personal attention to detail, efficiency of workflow, rational thinking, creative problem solving.  His work background includes extensive experience with feasibility studies, mitigation alternatives, impact analysis, master plan development, detailed drainage design, technical writing, and project management.  Yang's engineering experience spans throughout the great State of Texas.​​​​  Yang enjoys travelling the world with family and friends and playing pickleball.
